Succeedium is committed to clear and open communication with the users of our products.
Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using TeamOne sheets add-on ("service", "add-on") operated by Succeedium ("us", "we" or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users and others who install TeamOne add-on or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
General Conditions
Our Service allows you connect to your TM1 servers and manipulate with its metadata and data. You are responsible for the outcome of the data and any loss of data or format that may result after the use of the Add-on.
You acknowledge that TeamOne is an on-line, subscription-based product, and that in order to provide improved customer experience we may make changes to TeamOne, and we may update the applicable Documentation accordingly. Subject to our obligation to provide products and services under the existing orders, we can discontinue any portion or feature of TeamOne for any reason at any time without liability to you.

Google account access and permissions
To provide its functions, TeamOne requires the following access and permissions:

| See your primary Google Account email address | TeamOne needs your email address to verify the license status. This is the only personal information TeamOne has access to. |
| Display and run third-party web content in prompts and sidebars inside Google applications | TeamOne requires permission to display a sidebar and additional screens (within Google Sheets application) to enable its functionality. |
| Connect to an external service | TeamOne needs permission to connect to IBM Planning Analytics REST API in order to integrate IBM Planning Analytics data into Google Sheets. |
| View and manage spreadsheets that this application has been installed in | TeamOne needs permission to modify the current Google Sheets document, such as adding new tabs and loading data from IBM Planning Analytics. TeamOne cannot access your other documents. |
Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs
TeamOne’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
