TeamOne End-User License Agreement

TeamOne is licensed, not sold.

Your right to install, access, and use TeamOne is governed by the TeamOne Terms of Service, the TeamOne Privacy Policy, and any applicable order form or written agreement with Succeedium.

Subject to those terms, Succeedium grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to install, access, and use TeamOne during the applicable subscription, trial, or authorized use period.

Succeedium and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to TeamOne, including all software, code, design, user interface, workflows, documentation, trademarks, and related technology.

If there is a conflict between this EULA and the TeamOne Terms of Service, the TeamOne Terms of Service will control, unless otherwise stated in a signed written agreement with Succeedium.

If you do not agree, you may not install, access, or use TeamOne.
